Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Route Sales Representative. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers and providing exceptional service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, interacting with customers, and has strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: - Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend additional products or services - Collect payments from customers and accurately record transactions - Conduct inventory checks and restock products as needed - Drive sales by promoting new products, special offers, and discounts - Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries - Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road - Complete necessary paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner Experience: - Previous experience in commercial driving or route driving is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating prices - Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and route schedules - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Comprehensive training program provided - Opportunities for career advancement within the company If you are a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and enjoy driving, we encourage you to apply for the position of Route Sales Representative.
